Quiana Watson is one of the six ladies who came together to make up the “Ladies Who List: Atlanta” Cast in 2022. The show aired on OWN on 7 January. The show promises drama while detailing the lives of this group of businesswomen. Top-producing brokers, high-profile attorneys, and luxury agents will star in the show as they navigate their ever-changing work and personal lives while serving clients in the Atlanta real estate market.
The eight-episode series also explores the personal and professional lives of these casts in OWN’s new TV show. Other casts who will be joining the show are Cristyl Kimbrough (closing attorney), Kira Oliver (luxury realtor), Tiffani Hawes (closing attorney), Robin Andrade (real estate broker), and Tiana Harrison (real estate broker).
On 7 January 2022, Quiana shared why she wanted to sign up for the show. She explained that she joined the show for the exposure and she knew that when the opportunity presented she would be joining the show and representing the Black women in real estate that were bosses and successful on their rights and living life in all terms. She further explained when she was offered the job it was easy for her to say ‘Yes’ because the network also showed how the casts were having an impact on the community.

But, a few years later, Quiana received her real estate license in 2007 but the real estate market crashed and she started working for Multi-Family Apartment Management. But, after the market correction, she again reactivated her license in 2014 and practiced real estate part-time for a few years before diving back in full-time. She worked for the company until 2009. At the same time, she was also working as a Marketing Specialist for Milesproperties. She then worked for Princeton Properties as Property Manager till September of 2015.
Before she quit her job, Quiana worked in Sol0id Source Realty and worked there as a Licensed Realtor until January 2015. Then she joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers for seven months.

Talking about her education, Quiana attended Fayetteville State University and earned her BA degree in Marketing in 2004. For a year in 2006, she trained herself at the Barney Fletcher Realty before she delved professionally in the real estate market. Quiana was ranked top 10% by the Atlanta Realtors Association as well as ranked in the top 50 with her brokerage.

Those velvety smooth lines led to the exchange of phone numbers and, the next day, a date. Since their fortuitous meeting three years ago, the two have been inseparable and plan to spend the rest of their lives together.
Not only do they have an out-of-book love story, but her husband made them even more magical. Quiana shared, “My 30th birthday was in October so we decided to take a trip to Cancun to celebrate. I was under the impression that we were going for a walk on the beach before heading out for the night. Along the walk, I saw what appeared to be some candles in the sand. I told Anthony oh we need to go in another direction because I didn’t want to interrupt someone else’s evening. ”
She added further, “Well we continued to walk and I approached the candles in the sand they read “Will You Marry Me!” I turned to look at Anthony and he dropped down on one knee and proposed. Of course, I said yes and we had a romantic dinner on the beach. It was so thoughtful and such a perfect way to celebrate my 30th birthday.”
They set their wedding date on 23 March 2013 which they had planned at Kent Rock Manor in Loganville, Georgia. They wanted their wedding classy and timeless, which happened to be their wedding theme.
