Ladies Who List Atlanta premiered on January 7, 2022, and it saw six beautiful ladies all striving to make it big in the real estate world. And it wasn’t just their jobs, but also the glimpses of their personal lives that made the show better.
Cristyl joined in this inaugural season alongside co-stars — Kira Oliver (a luxury realtor), Tiffani Hawes (mother of three and a closing attorney), Quiana Watson (a real estate broker), Robin Andrade (founder of Sell Atlanta), and Tiana Harrison (mother of two and realtor at Engel & Völkers.)
All excited for the show’s premiere, Cristyl shared on IG, “If there is anything this year has taught me, it is how to be adaptable. With that being said, I will be having a very intimate premiere gathering tonight, following all social distancing protocol and having COVID testing onsite.”
Fans were happy to see Cristyl prioritizing safety first, even during her promotion.
Also, on New Year 2022, Cristyl promoted the show posting a pic of the 6 ladies all dressed in red, captioned, “New year, a new chapter. Are you ready⁉️”

Cristyl Kimbrough Career
Cristyl Kimbrough has been in the real estate business for over 9 years and has conducted over 5,000 closings.
She began her career back in 2012 right after graduating with a Juris Doctor degree from Albany State University and Southern Law. But even during her time at the law school, she served as a federal extern with the Honorable Brian A. Jackson, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana.
It was October 2012, when Cristyl joined Kimbrough Law, LLC as a real estate attorney, and she’s been working there ever since.
Her prior job ventures include — “Westlaw student representative” at Thomson Reuters (from June 2010 to April 2011), “summer associate” at Thomas, Kennedy, Sampson, and Tompkins, LLC (from Jul – Aug 2010), “legal intern” at The Coca-Cola Company (from Jun – July 2010), “summer associate” at Geiger, Laborde, and Laperous, LLC (from June – August 2009), and “intellectual property case clerk” at Alston & Bird LLP (from Feb 2006 to June 2008).
Recalling her earlier days, Cristyl said that it was difficult at first. She didn’t know how to generate enough capital to generate the resources that she needed. But over time, and with enough coffee and mentors, she got the hang of it.
“I started my legal career in real estate law and have no plans on leaving the world of real estate law,” she shared.
Cristyl Kimbrough Family
Cristyl Kimbrough comes from a family of at least four, and they’re all featured over her socials. Her mother, Deborah Parker Powell (a Legal Analyst from Seattle, Washington) often graced Cristyl’s IG, and so did her two fathers. Yes, Cristyl mentioned that she has two dads, and both of them were on good terms.
Sharing IG pictures of her dad on her 2021 birthday, Cristyl wrote, “What’s better than one dad? Two!”
Also, Cristyl’s grandmother Annie Laura Kimbrough was the star of her IG. According to Cristyl, her “Grandma Kimbrough” sued and won her discrimination lawsuit against the US Air Force. She was rejected several promotions based on her color and after a full trial, the court agreed.
As for her siblings, Cristyl has a sister named Cecilee Morton, who attended Georgia Southern University. She is three years younger than Cristyl and celebrates her birthday on March 31.
