Renee Frohnert On Baking Impossible
Netflix offered a new baking show in 2021 titled Baking Impossible. The show is the brainchild of Andrew Smyth, an Aerospace engineer, baker & presenter. The show includes teams of two who would be battling each other for a grand prize of $100 thousand. One of the team members is a pro-baker and another is an engineer who would be working together to create tasty and inventive designs.
One of the contestants is Renee Frohnert. She is joined by her teammate Steve Day, a professional baker. She and Steve will be competing against Cindy and Taylor, Sierra and Edwin and Sara and Rodolfo in the show Baking Impossible.

As for Renee Fronhert’s job, she worked as Cornell Cup Robotics as program manager. She also worked for Technology Start-ups as Director of Business Development. Furthermore, she joined Lockheed Martin as Senior Technical Program Manager until July 2020.
Renee worked for Aitech as Director of Engineering – Space and Military for 10 months.
She served as a visiting lecturer of Systems Engineering from September 2021. Likewise, Renee also serves as the leader of Business Development – Space and Airborne Systems.
Besides her career in STEM, Renee Frohnert was a powerlifter collegiate athlete. She competed from the year 2013-2017 and participated in multiple events like the 12th Annual American Open Championships, Northeast Collegiate Conference Championship, Pennsylvania State Powerlifting Championship, Stars and Stripes SQ BP, and DL Championships, among others.
The last event Renee ever competed in was NorCal Winter Classic in December 2017.
Whereas, Netflix’s Baking Impossible Season 1 isn’t her first TV appearance. She had previously appeared on Let’s Make A Deal where she squatted Wayne Brady as an All-American Collegiate.

Renee Frohnert Family
Renee Frohnert was born to her father E. Richard “Rick” Frohnert, III and her mother Betty Frohnert in her hometown of Wexford, Pennsylvania, United States. She currently lives in California. According to her IG post, her father is an electrical engineer by profession. Whereas, almost no information was spared related to her beloved mother.
Speaking of siblings, Renee grew up with her sister Ashley Frohnert who also lives in California. She is an Indiana University of Pennsylvania graduate who worked for companies like CupidsPulse.com, Boom Supercreative, Webbula, Truefit, and PETA where she has been working as Associate Director of Social Media from April 2020.

Renee fell in love with aerospace at the age of seven. So, after high school, she joined Penn State University to study electrical engineering. But, the transition from high school to college posed a major challenge for her. In the first semester of her freshman year at college, she was put on academic probation for getting a 1.5 GPA. This made her question herself if electrical engineering was for her.
During her sophomore year, Renee broke her collarbone while competing for the Penn State Powerlifting Team (more about her powerlifting later on). When she walked into the class, Renee noticed that there was only one other woman besides her in the class of 150 aspiring electrical engineers.
For her master’s degree, Renee joined Cornell University. She graduated in 2016 with honors in Systems Engineering. Moreover, Renee also earned her MBA degree from the University of Southern California – Marshall School of Business where she is set to graduate in 2022.
