Financial advisor and author Ramit Sethi after having taught his readers to become rich has now also come on television. An unscripted series for Netflix based on his 2009 New York Times Bestseller I Will Teach You to Be Rich dropped on National Tax Day on 18 April 2023.
Ramit, who grew up in a middle-class family in California, has been a contributor at Entrepreneur, among other things. In 2019, he issued a second edition of his book, which includes a 6-week program on how people can manage their money more effectively. Both the folks had traveled hours from their home with a home-cooked Indian meal for the entire team. Prabhjot Sethi and his wife Neelam have instilled this family tradition of taking one’s spouse to the Taj Mahal on their honeymoon. According to Ramit, he also saw his uncle and aunt do that.
So, Ramit too took his wife Cassandra Sethi to the Taj Mahal on their honeymoon. He said he started saving for his wedding and honeymoon in his early twenties, well before he met Cass.
When we were finally able to sit down and plan it, it was a feeling of freedom. The question wasn’t about how much it would cost. It was, “What do we want to do? We can do anything.”
We ended up going to multiple continents over 6 weeks and brought our loved ones with us for some parts.
Here, we had just taken an amazing trip through India. It was just us two at dawn. There was almost nobody here. It was this beautiful memory of us just being together.
