Cody Alvers, a TikToker recently responded to the claims that he is dating Amanda Wilhelm, a cast member of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days. The 90 Day Fiancé spin-off’s sixth season now features Amanda as the lead.
Amanda stumbled discovered Razvan Ciocoi’s TikTok page as she was mourning the loss of her husband Jason Wilhelm who had passed away from cancer. They began conversing when Amanda was enthralled by the 26-year-old Romanian man’s comical antics. After four months, Amanda made the decision to leave her two young children in America and fly to Bucharest to see her online partner.
On the show, Amanda is with Razvan, but if rumors are to be believed, the two have broken up and she has already moved on to a new relationship. Cody is being linked to Amanda, who is a big TikTok user herself.
According to InTouch, Cody has now addressed these rumors regarding his and Amanda’s alleged new connection. “We are just friends,” Cody told In Touch. “Amanda and I have never dated or even met.”
When fans observed that Cody appeared to be referencing Amanda, 31, and her TikTok username, “Red Flag Amanda,” by putting “Red Flag A…,” in his own TikTok bio along with a red heart emoji, rumors of a romantic relationship started to circulate. Amanda, meanwhile, had “The Difference” published in her biography.
His TikTok handle, @CodyTheDifference, appeared to be mentioned in the line. Since then, the lines have been removed from the profiles of Amanda and Cody. In the midst of reports that Amanda and Razvan, 26, are no longer together, Cody and Amanda fueled dating rumors.
When Amanda made hints about starting a new relationship with Cody, it was likely the end of her romance with Razvan, another TikToker. Similarities might be found between Amanda’s haste to start a new relationship and the shame she experienced for her rapid start with Razvan after Jason’s death.
Jason had been married to Amanda for eight years when he unexpectedly passed away from ampullary cancer. Amanda had intended to return to America with a ring on her finger when she was traveling to meet Razvan. But the first times Amanda and Razvan spoke, it was awkward at best.
The status of Amanda and Razvan’s relationship will likely be exposed in the season finale, and if Cody is actually Amanda’s boyfriend, he presumably has an opportunity to participate in the Tell-All and clear up any misunderstandings.
