Meet Kristin Leitheuser, one of the two hosts of HGTV’s new Small Town Potential. Together with her life partner, real estate agent Davina Thomasula, Kristin is documented by HGTV while renovating homes in the New York area. Small Town Potential follows real estate agent/designer Davina Thomasula and her partner, contractor Kristin Leitheuser, as the former designs plan complemented by the area’s natural surroundings and the other brings to life just that, with the help of her dad/building partner, Don Leitheuser. (Let’s talk about Don, the dad later!)
In the premiere episode, Kristin and Davina helped a couple find and renovate a 19th-century farmhouse with lots of acreages for their daughter to explore in Marlboro. Later, they headed to Kingston to transform an attic into a serene artist studio.
The said show, which is produced by Fireworks Media Group, premiered on 14 June 2023.
Are Davina Thomasula And Kristin Leitheuser Married?
Davina Thomasula and Kristin Leitheuser were not already married as of June 2023. To the Small Town Potential viewers, they introduced themselves as an engaged couple. They also showed people look at their life, where when they are not working, are spending ample time with their dogs, Stephen and Winston, as well as running their local bar, Goodnight Kenny. Together, they were seen residing in their home in Poughkeepsie, New York.
They have been together since 8 February 2014 and engaged for more than four years.
When HGTV sat down with them to learn more, in May 2023, Davina shared they have been engaged for four years and are still navigating a wedding date. Kristin then added that everyone is wondering when they going to get hitched, but they are so busy with all of their projects. She confirmed they get asked the question all the time. But, she said, because they have so much happening in their work life, they are taking all the other stuff day by day.
Often we have seen Kristin talk about Davina and she doing the same. About Davina, Kristin has gushed about her being the hardest-working individual she knows. They can be seen promising one another they will be by their side for as long as possible.
Kristin met Davina at a bar where at the time the latter worked there as a bartender.

Her father Donald “Don” Leitheuser (on IG @donaldleitheuser) reached the age of 56 in July 2022. Since January 2007, he has been the owner of Washington Hollow Restoration. The patriarch does not just make frequent appearances on his daughter’s feed, but he also is part of her HGTV show.
Also, Donaldwife and his wife, Kristin’s mother, Bonnie Leitheuser, just celebrated their 37 years together in June 2022.

Kristin’s mother Bonnie has plus two decades of experience teaching at Arlington Central School District. With a Master of Science Education in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment, she has been given national board certification in Career and Technical Education/Early Adolescence.
For siblings, Kristin seemingly has two of them, both sisters. One is Heather Leitheuser Moran who reached the age of 36 in October 2022. Another sister is possibly Jessica Rose Leitheuser who turned 37 in April 2023.
