Park Joo-chang, AKA BBULKUP on social media, is one of a gem of a competitor on the brand new Squid Game-style reality show, Physical 100. Premiered on 24 January 2023, the Netflix show sees many individuals including the Olympic gold winners, YouTube fitness stars, arm wrestling champs, and bodybuilders, with enviable physiques taking part in the tough competition.

Episode 1 of Physical 100 saw 100 fitness fanatics of all shapes and sizes come to one place and get acquainted with one another in a room filled with casts of their torsos. Park Joo-chang was one of them.
Park has been really excited about his fierce journey on Physical 100. He has been promoting it on social media for a while now. And he also vlogged the show’s premiere on his YouTube channel “shit cup” where he entertained an incredible 362K subscribers as of January 2023.
Speaking of the first two of nine episodes, one by one, the 100 participants were shown entering an intimidating room with their own body sculptures waiting for them. Then, their first task sees them hanging from bars for the last one standing and a mountain climber comes out on top. As they plan on competing against each other in a bout, one can see why casting directors purposefully brought athletes, influencers, performers, and more with bodies and not with typical beauty standards.
Park is joined on this journey by a glimmering set of people including fellow fitness YouTubers, bodybuilders, medalists from Olympic and other Asian Games, weightlifters, stunt people, fitness coaches, wrestlers, trainers, athletes, fire squad workers, police officers, soldiers, MMA fighters, and Cha Hyun Seung, a former participant from Single’s Inferno.
Park Joo-chang Job
A self-proclaimed “The idol of teenagers, the king of 20 -year-olds”, Park Joo-chang is a fitness star and YouTuber. He has been doing the latter job since 10 June 2019. But then, during his introduction on Physical 100, he presents himself as a food service CEO and a fitness star turned influencer.
It seems his journey as a fitness model took off after he “ate” first place in the 2017 Max Cue Muscle Mania Fitness Championship. The year 2017 saw him win a muscle bodybuilding gold medal and a physique silver medal.
And by the look of things, Park really possesses a good amount of riches as he has pretty expensive taste when it comes to buying cars, watches, and just anything luxurious. Among them all, he seems to have a thing for branded watches. He is always on the lookout for new ones to add to his collection which includes Audemars Piguet and Richard Mille X McLaren Limited Edition.
Park also bragged about owning the cars: McLaren, Ferrari, Rolls Royce, and Lamborghini.
In the years 2020 and 2022, Park also dropped his singles “LET’S GET IT (feat. SanBum) and “JOO CHANG” also demonstrating his knack as a musician.

Park Joo-chang was born in 1995. So, he turned 27 years old in 2022.
Growing up afterward, Park always thought he would live a better life than anyone else so that he would not feel sorry for the younger himself.
