As of August 2023, he worked as a trapper while also owning a restaurant called Gator Boys Grill. He often shared updates on his job as a performer in a live alligator show. At this point, he had a contract with the Florida state’s nuisance alligator program, which involved him often catching the animals.
So, like that, Paul has continued his work in alligator conservation and rescue. He continued working on the banner of Gator Boys Alligator Rescue, and the organization’s shows at Broward County’s Everglades Holiday Park.

A 1960 graduate of Westport High School, she eventually had gotten her LPN license and her RN license later. More than 30 years later, after working at Fall River’s Cliff Nursing Homes, and then at Taunton State Hospital, she retired. The matriarch, they say, also enjoyed going on walks with her friends and was especially fond of the music of Willie Nelson and Elvis Presley.
At this point, the late Judith’s survivors included her children, Paul R. Bedard Jr., Gerald E. Bedard and his wife Patti of Dartmouth, and Deborah A. Sylvain, and her husband John Pacheco of Westport. Though, as of now, it is not understood if Pacheco also is Paul and his siblings’ dad.
Earlier, Paul’s mom was married to Gerald Lee “Toby” Chapman from 27 January 1962 until 1966. Gerald also is no more. He died at the age of 76 in March 2017.
This man, also named Paul Bedard, a former police officer at the Fall River Police Department, is most likely Paul’s biological dad.
