Katya Hall, a fellow Hot Yachts star, is the person behind Vika’s hiring at IYC. She did so as a favor for Zhanna. Katya and Zhanna seem to go way back.
18 months into her job at IYC, Vika had yet to make a sale and it infuriated Katya. Plus, Vika’s closeness to her rival, Nick Cardoza also infuriated Katya.
As seen on Hot Yachts: Miami, both Vika and Zhanna appear flirtatious with clients which doesn’t go well with fellow broker Kaile Justine. Kaile accuses the mother-daughter of being unprofessional.

David and Zhanna are no longer together after the former filed for divorce in March 2020. The divorce filing came less than a year after Zhanna’s former trainer Darnell Davis alleged that they engaged in a three-continent affair. Instead of splitting up at the time, Zhanna and David allegedly filed false charges of assault and unlawful restraint against Darnell.
